The Cosmic Attic Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Please note that processing and shipping times vary depending on the item ordered. Some products (such as apparel or accessories) may ship within 5–10 business days, while made-to-order or specialty items may take up to 21 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page when available.
2. Domestic Shipping Options & Costs
Because our products at The Cosmic Attic come from a variety of trusted partners and creative studios, processing and delivery times vary. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
Most domestic deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days once shipped, though handcrafted or made-to-order pieces may take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your items are on their way.
We also offer free standard shipping during special promotions — any current promotions will be shown at checkout.
3. Shipping Restrictions / Locations We Don’t Ship To

5. Address Errors / Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we may charge a reshipment fee.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in opening claims with the carrier.
7. Order Changes / Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 2-4 hours of placing your order, due mostly because print-on-demand orders often move into automatic processing within 6-12 hours. After that, we may not be able to modify the order once it enters fulfillment.
